Story behind the song
Ancient ruins, pyramids,UFO's, etc., have always interested me. Was really trying to write a song about UFO's and the like; but it went to 'left field' and turned into this song; a song about an archeologist who came upon ancient ruins in the middle of a forest and the curse that was let loose upon his entering those ruins. Me and the bass player had a battle over the musical fitting of the opening acousic guitar part; which his music theory background told him shouldn't fit....well, it did.
