Story behind the song
I wrote this while living/touring in Hannover, Germany, with the musical "Grease". The idea to arrange it for a big band came from who-knows-where, I guess it was something i had been wanting to do for some time. I put together a group at that time with my fellow "greasers" and some local musicians, and that was the start of this......This recording was made in March of 2002, in Brooklyn ,NY with a band I co-led with Frank Vacin.
