All of the songs we play are my favorite songs for all time and Hank's Cadillac is the perfect band for me. Tom Griffin on bass and vocals, and Dan Berens on dr
I'm a songwriter who also plays in a great country band. I'm proud of the fact that the songs we play are not the dorky top 40 songs on FM stations. I sing, play guitar, and harmonica, Tom Griffin on vocals and bass, and Dan Berens on drums and laugh tracks. We're lucky to know some real good photographers; Thanks to Dan Hogle and Randy (Damn, what's his last name).

Story behind the song
The American Rider: A Biker Opera story is about a ruthless and successful Wall Street investor who has a change of life after a near fatal heart attack. He buys a Harley and goes on a permanent vacation. The Wind in My Hair is when he acquires the bike and discovers America.
Lyrics
The Wind in My Hair The American highway is my favorite place Where the buffalo roam and the antelope plays I love a campfire on a warm summer night But most of all I just love to ride I just wanna feel the wind in my hair The rumble of a Harley, the warm summer air The wide open raod, no worries or cares Ridin' with the wind in my hair The people I meet are mostly all right Truckers and farmers and others on bikes I love it wide open, I don't like brake lights God knows I just love to ride I love Route 66 and all her ghost towns Fence posts whipping by, horses and cows Meeeting other bikers checking out their chrome mounts And I love to hear that rumbling sound
