Story behind the song
As I read the story of Christ washing His disciples feet and His teachings about servanthood and greatness, this song simply flowed out from me. It was almost like I could hear Christ saying the words, "I came to serve" and "go and do the same." It's a powerful message about how we are to live.
Lyrics
