Initially, parts of this song were presented in the Nome-rehearsal sessions in terms of writing a softer, poppier track with Katatonia-esque melancholy attatched to it. The idea kinda dried off and it got rejected as too "bare". Therefore I decided to work out something with it, add some keyboards and make it longer. The cheesy solo part was one of those I jammed instead of purposeful composing. The outro part is atmospherically speaking one of the strongest we've ever managed to create.
