Story behind the song
On a recent trip to the Cameroons in Africa, I stumbled on the origin of the Bikoutsi (6/8) style, in the earthy Palmwine Bars of Bamenda in Southern Cameroon and hence this track, employing the skills of one of Bamenda and Africa's finest Guitarists- Oscar Elimbi.
