Story behind the song
Great White Sharks were recently spotted near our beach following seals so couldn't resist! Written from the point of view of the shark, a new twist. Partially recorded at Sachuest Point Wildlife Reserve, Middletown, Rhode Island.
Lyrics
Red Water, White Death Surface, sunlit silhouette Now to rise and sneak toward it Easy, sandy shoreline prey Awkward, flailing, palid grey, yeah! Coastline drop-off feeding game Movement, life, must sustain Finding, stalking, striking, feeding Foul taste, nourishment was needed Surface, sunlit silhouette Now to rise and sneak toward it Hit the drop-off, plunge the depth Safety, others, movement, scents
