Story behind the song
Trying to branch out just a bit in the new year, I put together this tune, using some different tones than I typically would....and built it up around the bassline, instead of adding the bass as an after thought....which would be my normal mode of writing. The Guitar tones are all from my V-amp2 and were built using the "Classic Clean" and "British Class A" amp models, instead of my usual Rectifier or Hi-Gain models. I tried to go for a bit more of a laid back & melodic feel as well. It's still kinda notey/shreddy in spots, but hopefully to most listeners, those notes seem like they are there for a reason. Cause that's what I was going for. ;-)
