I went to do my civic duty,
And get a shot of Pfizer vaccine,
A real nice lady said to me,
"I'm Sorry for the wait."
I looked at her and said,
"It's not your fault, lady. It's over-eating."
A minute later I was in a chair,
Screaming and writing in pain,
The nurse said to me,
"I haven't shot you yet!"
I looked at her and said,
"I know, I just like to practice."
But when the nurse had actually SHOT me,
I didn't even notice the prick.
I was SO disappointed, 'cause the Internet,
Had led me to expect a conniption fit!
"What, Ma'am, Don't leave for 15 minutes?"

Well, the first thing that I noticed
Was incearing lightness of head,
They had WARNED me I might have that,
I wondered, "How much longer 'til I fall down dead?"
Then I noticed my eyes were blurry,
They warned about that too, but my eyes are ALWAYS blurry!
Now in the brochure they gave me,
It mentioned you might get red skin with purple spots,
As I stared at my arm it started happening,
At least that's what my imagination thought!
By the time 15 had ended,
I had antlers on my head,
I suspected that gills were forming,
I noticed the blood clots, just like they said:
Then the lady told me I could leave.
Actually, I felt fine, and the sun was out!
The moral is if you look for it,
You'll find bad wherever you stare.
But if you're wise and look for good.
Then you'll find it's always there.
