Story behind the song
It's a story about a woman, Marie, going back to her roots. The small village where she was born and raised. She's now in her 50s, silver hair standing on a cliff by the sea where she used to go with her boyfriend. It happens that his boyfriend, her first love, sees her from a distance. In his mind, he's talking to her, asking her what she did of her life and why she came back to this place.
