Almost by definition, Dangerous people are those who challenge authority. I happen to be a man, hence the title.

Story behind the song
Victor Jara was a Chilean teacher, theatre director, poet, singer-songwriter, and political activist. Did he have any power? Was he dangerous? Fascist Allende thought so Jara was executed. Many years later Allende killed himself amidst a coup.
Lyrics
Dangerous Man © Timbre Wolf Dangerous man, dangerous man I've been called a dangerous man but I don't tend to think it's so Ever since mideaval times I've Bartered for your soul Ain't much difference between the bard And the singer of rock-n-roll Now I've been called a dangerous man but All I want is your soul Some people think I'm the devil But they couldn't be further from the truth I'm just bringin' freedom, A little liberation, and the proof One fellow that I used to know Said, “The tree you will know by the fruit.” Some people thought he was the devil But all he spoke was the truth They can try to knock us down Lock us up and throw away the key But that's just futile it won't work With the likes of you and me Even if they try to shoot us And that's what they want to do We will come back ten times stronger Then they will be screwed By a dangerous man Solo Dangerous man, dangerous man Victor Jara sang some songs, down in another land They rounded him up to a stadium They were gonna disappear the man The killed our friend and they buried him The mother fuckers broke his hands But now we're tellin' his story so I Guess he was . . . a dangerous man I've been called a dangerous man I've been called a dangerous man I've been called a dangerous man I've been called a dangerous man
