Changing bad habits, and after the painful but necessary shock treatment, it’s no longer called ECT but it’s much the same, I’m at peace. I still get a prescription, basically methadone and sleeping pills which the big drug companies keep toying with the formula to make more money- they make customers not cures, sad fact of life. Yet disturbed sleep patterns will cause psychosis and with a virtual civil war going on in England at present, rather like Churchill running the Absolute camp requires a lot of calmers just to stay sane.
