Lyrics
Traveling all day on the road, We're tired and hungry. Pulling over at a familiar site To admire the scenery. Mom takes a picnic basket From the back of the Buick. The brother and I go dippin' in the pond in the valley. Where the deer and the moose roam freely through the aspen trees. We float on the waters and dream up into the sky. The tickling on our feet Is the guppies fluttering beneath. And the sun reflecting on the water Gives off the heat. Dad calls us out to let us know The lunch is ready to eat. The brother and I go dippin' in the pond in the valley. Where the deer and the moose roam freely through the aspen trees. We float on the waters and dream up into the sky. Of all my childhood memories I treasure the time I spent With my family on that cool Wyoming pond In the valley. Swimming out in the pond in the valley. Good ol fun that we had with the family.
