A re-working of a previous riff that turned out alright. It's a driving piano melody that I think is a little unique, and it's one of my favorite self-written songs.

A mix of acoustic/rock/piano instrumental. I'm here just to let my sound be heard, regardless of how low-quality the recordings may be.
Various riffs that I've made over the years, some of them with my previous band.

Story behind the song
I was reading a discussion on Reddit that was called "What gets weirder and weirder the more you think about it." A few of the top comments talk about how those of us who don't have kids/those who aren't planning to have kids are essentially ending a bloodline that has existed since the beginning of time. Thinking about the number of hookups/relationships that happened in the past for me to even exist makes my brain hurt, and now I'm experiencing an extreme amount of guilt because I've failed where thousands of my ancestors didn't. I suppose this song represents the ticking clock that is getting closer and closer to striking midnight; the metaphorical end of days. It will eventually stop, thus ending everything that we are, were, and could have been had things been a little different.
