Most people who follow me musically will know that I have a love of all things reggae. My last three albums (Dosbedience Gene, Global Dubworks and Inter Alia are dotted with the odd reggae track. Those who know me also know that I have a thing about 'authenticity' and that is what I tried to achieve with previous reggae based tracks going right back to when I first started releasing music on the net.
I've gone a whole lot further with The Instrumental Rasta (my new album) it being about 80% reggae/dub inspired. However, it's quite unlike anything I have done before because this time I've tried to apply my own take on what reggae has to offer someone like me, and come up with tracks that - I think - really show how flexible a genre it really is.
So, in light of that say hello to track one from The Instrumental Rasta: Concious Being (Rule The Land)
