Hoagie Pennywhistle Gilligan Jr. aka "Numbuh Two" is the tech expert and ace pilot of Sector V of the K.N.D.
He is the only American born member of Sector V.
Numbuh Two is an obese kid with a blue shirt, brown slacks, and a pilot cap, who thrives on adventure.
Although he is undoubtably brilliant, he is also a bit of a daydreamer
He is also known for doing bad jokes in any situation as well as being capable of eating any food that gets in his way.
Numbuh Two is always found within Sector V of the world where he hands out missions to players.
He is also the KND operative in charge of supplies and equipment, keeping the players well stocked with everything it takes to fight the Fusions and still have a good time.
He was also one of the heroes in the future that helped the player repair the time machine and return to their own time.
He acts as the first mission handler for players that choose Ben as their guide.
