Up-tempo R&b Pop Gospel Track! Very slick and appealing with a nice jazzy twist on the bridge. An irresistible melody that pulls you in! Classic soul bass line and seasoned harmonies that will make you want to sing along. Has a great hook vocally!

Story behind the song
I wrote this song in 1982 at age 22, and as a young Christian man i wanted to testify in my own way how a relationship with God can totally change a persons life. Regardless of how sinful a person has been, if they are sick and tired of living the way they are living and want change, give God a try! I wanted to give a message of hope to all of those who were seeking for love, joy, peace, and fulfillment, which can only be found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ! I didn't want to complicate the message, but keep it simple as possible, enough to draw in the sinner who was in search of something better. I knew the music had to be "HOT" "ENERGETIC" and "APPEALING" to my secular audience who i was trying to reach! The music was the "BAIT" on the hook! So the music and vocals could not be boring to the listener. The music track had to be the attention getter, and then they would be open to hear the message. This was my idea of an evangelistic song to a young audience. I was young and i was trying to reach a young audience at the time! Some older Christians thought the music and my vocal style was a little too secular or worldly during that time. However, my response was that i had to write and produce songs the way God gave it to me! It's not all about the style, it's all about the message! The anointing was on this song and you can feel it!!! This is one of best songs from the album and very popular with Christians and NonChristians! Out of the 400 songs that i have written, this song is in my top 10. "I LOVE THIS SONG"
