Hey, it seems you can post multiple comments with this new SC release .... but you can't edit a previous post .. "home-recording"

A great piece of organic. acoustic reality rarely heard these days. The dissonance and obvious humanity in the playing is very moving and not easy to capture in the repetative nature of home=recording. V.well done.

Quite beautiful and reflective piece of music. And i know how you feel with your loss as i lost my best friend last yr by dog. We never forget them ever.

a bit sad in its mood but a very engaging recording with unique instrumentation. well written and performed. i especially enjoyed the sparseness that so helps to create the mood.

I look at the picture of "Whiskey" and myself being an animal and pet lover I know the pain of your loss. The music has an associated dissonance and pathos for me. Nice production $Bill.

I envision the slouched Mexican w/ sombrero against a saguaro cactus on a cloudy summer day - strumming his 20 pesos guitar in-between shots of tequila... :D ... very nice Morgan -

Unespected, oblique, sadly, putting the mood of uncomfortably worries and heartaches. If this was your intention, arranging the song Bill, you got it exactely!!
In its sublime unconventional way, a distinctive $Bill tune. Well done.

This sounds like it's so very hot that you almost faint. Every note you are playing could be the last. The play is going very slow and it's hard to stay in the same speed.
I was wondering if you would ever reach the finish here, but you did. Bravo!
Very strong exotic mood and very relaxed. Have to think of Jamaica.
Nice experience listening to this one!

A hot day. Down the dog blues and a slide to melancholy oblivion. These are good things in a song.

Great sounding blend of instruments I love the unusual and unexpected and this ticks all the boxes. I'm with Tim, a moving song that needs no words. My first dog was also called Whiskey..we never forget our best friends.

Nicely done!
Such a heartbreaking tune, but at the same time it's giving hope. There is a lot of that American country feeling in it because of the slide guitar. It's so beautiful and so full of melancholy. Acoustic and natural sounding, right from the heart. When I was Whisky, I would have been very much honored by this ode. Who knows, maybe he hears it in the dog heaven.
