Straight up blues, funk blues, country blues, Chicago blues, West Coast blues, delta blues are all performed with authentic style and grace. This is NOT another 'jam band' featuring endless solos and insipid lyrics! The John Frye Blues Band has a solid foundation of songwriting expertise and musical craftsmanship that is evident in every song.

Guitar based instrumentals Larry McGahey with the Bugs or Snow Band. Not big on arrangement just guitar, guitar, guitar. I am Larry McGahey and lately have been doing instrumentals that feature the electric guitar backed by the Bugs or Snow Band. In the past I have played in a variety of bands, duos etc. including Renaissance Fair. If you have ever heard 'In Wyrd' that is my Gibson SG the first time I played it.
