An eclectic mix of rock and roll, Jazz, Blues, and country and original music We are Exit 113, a variety band, which began in 2002, that hails from Des Moines, Iowa. Our group consists of musicians ranging in age from 18 to 49, and our genre of music is primarily 50s, 60s and 70s Rock n Roll. As you can see by our playlist, we also play a little country, swing, and more recent rock, as well as a some originals.

We play all originals that are a blend of funky-soul music with jazz improvisation. Da bassist, composer and educator, mixes Jazz, Funky grooves and odd time signatures on new recording Da Bass Is Loaded. It is his 5th release and has been well received in Europe, where it was released in Oct 2004...
