I started playing in bands back in the 60s when I was 14. Through the years this led down many different paths... R&B (it was called 'soul music' back then), blues, rock, a little jazz with lots of funk thrown in. It was a wonderful time in my life and I wouldn't change a thing, but let's just say 'I'm glad I survived'. Anyway, in 1981, I quit performing, and left the music aspect of my life behind. There were times when the void in my life was overwhelming, but I moved on. I rarely picked up m...
