Formed in the summer of 2002 from the ashes of departed bands, AOAG has created some of the most original and stunning new music to hit the streets of Portland in a long time. Within months of formation, they have built a strong fan base and have signed a record deal with Oregon's own Rise Records., which will be licensed to Fearless Records. Tom Higgenson (vocals/guitar), and Ken Fletcher (bass), had been in a band together and decided to move on and asked friend Dave Tirio to play drums for a power-pop trio.
