The Madru Brothers Band swings with Ellington, Bops with Getz, improvs with Miles and gets funky with Hanco 2 saxes (on occasion), guitar, keys, bass and drums; The Madru Brothers quintet acts as a jazz primer, playing a wide range of jazz, from Ellington swing to Miles improv with modern jazz/funk ala Hancock and Grover; all interpreted in our own unique way.

You can call us The Soular Quintet, Soular System, The Soular System Quintet, or any other mixture you can think of. The Quintet known only as Soular System??? The Quintet is a number which we do not fill but who cares Mr. Despair Shoogi & a third interchangeable guy who comes in and out when ever or who ever.

'Blip Blop' is one of the many projects of Keith Kehrer, owner of and producer for Kamakaze Productions. Keith played jazz and salsa in New York City and those influences come through in the music. Throw in groovy hip hop loops, weird vocal samples, slide guitar and you get an interesting mix. Keith says he is heavily influenced by a lot of the down tempo and acid jazz that seems to flying around the internet these days. Check it out!
