There are people who can
Simply smile or grin,
Never talking about
The disaster within.
The disaster within
Is something people hide.
The reason behind this?
Perhaps it is their pride.
They never seem to lose,
For they think they must win.
Never really facing
The disaster within.
The disaster within
Is something hard to show.
Though it causes sorrow,
It is hard to let go.
There is always a time
For someone to begin
Taking a deep look at
The disaster within.
The disaster within,
Though some people may doubt,
Will finally come forth,
It must find a way out.
Some must keep up their guard,
For they think it’s a sin,
To let anyone see
Their disaster within.
The disaster within
Isn’t easy to face.
But the Lord always helps,
If you ask for His grace.
