Things are loosening up; but a winter aftermath of head colds, overdue obligations, and catching up persists. Still no personal schedule to support daily cardio... not to say pm med and shot schedule...

hi. again. it's been three years. extreme low barometric pressure in Minneapolis (hospital outpatient), $3.89 gas, and the Retrogrades have everything calmed down. Neptune power!!
