Starting A Major Record Label

I'm trying to find a way to register my own record label, i want to sign a contract and promote my music working as an international artist but i don't know how to start it, the first problem is that in my country there is no way to promote in so many things specially in music, so i decided to leave this country to progress in the next parts of my life, any ideas and knowldeges from you will be helpful for me

I heard Abdollah Nafisi's song one day when he did playing guitar in my home, and then we helped together to making music with his ideas, this is Abdollah's song and recorded and mixed by me.
Some of guitar playings in the songs played bye Abdollah and some others played by me ...
