Maxwell Stud was formed in a jail cell in the aftermath of a bar fight at Tantra Coffee House in San Marcos, Texas in 2007. After minor medical attention and dental work, the participants discovered that they shared not only scarring and stitches, but also a musical interest that was, let's say, not so well defined.
