Hi, I'm currently working on my own projects i.e song writing as well as collaborating with some local talent. I also perform live with a soul band.
I've been a Musician since my early teenage years. I started out wanting to be a guitar player and that was the first instrument that I owned. I switched to the bass after some friends and I wanted to put a band together and there was no one to play bass. My father was a well known musician in the area and had a band called the 'Dukes of Rhythm' and the bass player had an old bass he wasn't using and gave it to me. So, that was the start of my musical career.
Singer-songwriter, arranger and producer: acoustic contemporary folk but ranging into rock/blues/country/jazz/humour...all very eclectic, I'm afraid! My taste becomes increasingly eclectic ranging from finger-picked folk through country to soft rock mixed in with a few more alternative and eccentric number...
