First off, Larry was brought the forefront of jazz performance by way of the great Percy Payne and the legendary Marvin 'Smitty' Smith Sr. on the northshore of Chicago. Oldies Rock and country and standards I have been performing for over 50 years, so I'm an old dude. I had my own 5 piece rock band during the 50's and 60's. We had recording contracts and our own TV show in New England. We backed up the likes of Dion, Jerry Lee Lewis, Freddy Cannon, Lou Christie and many more. Now I do a single with my synthesizer and guitar and vocals. I play mostly the oldies, with some standards and country mixed in.
