untied started in 2007 when I had had enough of repeatedly getting confused by love, repeatedly seeing this euphoric world crumble before me, and decided I had to smother myself in past experiences and document their process. Placement has been active in one form or another since 1999. It began with a very young Daniel Huth banging on an old Yamaha keyboard, feeding back guitar noise and recording it all on a one speaker RCA boombox/cassette player. Daniel grew, his horizons broadened and here we are today.
