Song: Marry Me- Orchestrated
Nice one Drew! This has a very lovely and wonderful sound to it and just goes to show that wonderful gift the Lord has given you in creating some wonderful songs. Very nicely done. Just thought I would stop by and listen to a few of your new songs.

Wow! Beauty Creek is your best work yet, in my opinion. You really paint an amazing soundscape that I can just imagine a movie going to.
You're awesome!

Hi Andy, just listened to your piece "transformation" - excellent use of disonants. The second section is simply amazing. The title "transformation" is an excellent choice of title. Also great piano technique there!

Not at all Andy. I hope you'll come visit again. I am reminded of the Taoist teaching of Lao Tzu
who wrote;
The five colours blind the eye.
The five tones deafen the ear.
The five flavours dull the taste.
Racing and hunting madden the mind.
Precious things lead one astray.
Therefore the sage is guided by what he feels and not by what he sees.
He lets go of that and chooses this.
Stay in touch,
Marc

Hey Andy,
A good song has legs, whether sittin’ or standin’, at times it needs to stretch. I hope you’ll stop back & listen well.

Hi,
Thanks for your kind comments on my music. I think "priego de cordoba" is a lovely piece, the piano and strings work really well. Don't know what advice to offer, but perhaps the melody (flute?) line is a little static in musical terms. Try varying the rhythm and add a bit of syncopation, also you could swap the flute part to the strings to create some variety and extend the piece as it seems to stop before a logical conclusion.
These really are only minor critisisms and I think the piece works very well anyway.
Good luck with the music, I think you have a great talent for composing. Keep up the good work, looking forward to hearing more of your music in the future.
