I was a member of NSAI and went to Nashville several times for training camps. I was a fiction/non-fiction writer before I became a songwriter. Sheila Dixon began writing songs approximately 12 years ago. She brought a poem to an Orlando Nashville Songwriters Association International' meeting to start out. Sometimes it's just me and my computer, with me switching off on guitar and electronic keyboard. At other times, there is someone else who plays rhythm guitar and sings.
