I am trying to write songs. I take lyrics that come to me and sing song them until there is a tune. I have no musical ability. I take these 'songs' and have someone record them. These songs (with the exception of Happiness is Overrated, can't remember who demoed it) are all demos created by nashville-songdemo.com. I am posting here for friends and family to hear the songs. Contemporary Christian Rock and Blues Been playing guitar for 30+ years. Played in a band in high school. Played with church folk group doing folk masses in high school. Started writing songs in college. Got away from music until 1999 when I began playing with Praise Band at our church. Taught myself bass about 6 years ago. Began writing songs again in 2003. Began recording them in 2005.
Music is my life....but I don't live from music....:-) I like to work with musicians, and arrange their work. Living in Belgium, born in the wrong continent I guess, I love very much country music. Never did anything with my musical talents, and some told me I should go public with these recordings. Well, I'm 65, and here they are. We only do studio work, most say we're good at it. A first CD with covers is the living prove. I have the opportunity to work with a great, young Belgian band.
