Here's some music from my grad school audition cd (11/02), undergrad senior recital (4/03), and Master's recital (4/05). It's a measure of progress if nothing else. Enjoy! Solo piano I was always too lazy to sit down and learn reading score properly. Hence I play by hearing, which keeps me confined to the lower echelons of pianistry... The music on this page is the result of on-the-fly recordings on a digital piano. It is riddled with errors, the recording quality sucks more often than not, and any real pianist will have a hard time wiping a smirk off his face. Well, so be it. That said, some of the melodies are quite nice.
I went to a performing arts high school for four years as a Vocal/Drama Major. I started singing in eighth grade. My mother is classically trained, (as am I) and my grandmother sang with the Metropolitan Opera. My grandfather performed in numerous off-broadway productions as an actor and singer. So that's where I started. This coming year I hope to audition for American Idol, just to get my voice out there.
