Welcome. I'm just figuring it out and doing what feels right at the moment.
blues harmonica acoustic I'm a singer and harmonica player who is into lots of different styles of blues and jazz. Most songs currently posted feature vocals and harmonica. My recording setup is very simple. I record to a Boss Micro BR so I can record almost anywhere. On older recordings I used a Zoom PS-04. Sometimes I use the recorder's internal mic and sometimes I use an external condenser mic. For amplified harp, I use either my Gibson Skylark amplifier or an amp model on the Micro BR.
Lay back, relax, put on a good pair of headphones, roll up a fatty and just listen. 'theSoundBytes' is an experimental effort designed to test the limits of digital music and Internet technology in the creation, production, marketing, sales and distribution of music. It is also an excuse for an old school rocker and his friends from the glory days to make the kind of music they always wanted to make and get it out there to the public. Not really a band, it's just myself. I'm 17, and I've been playing for around a year and a half. I've really gotten away from the older blues stuff and started to play a faster, fuzzier brand of rock and roll. Hope you enjoy it.
