One guy sitting alone and lonely in Third Bedroom Studios, waiting for inspiration and praying for a good take. This is a place to put some original music I've been working on. I'm working on arrangements, recording techniques, demos, and that's what you're hearing here. The tunes need work, and as I revise parts (like, hit pitch with the vocals), I'll repost the songs.

This duo plays Louisiana Texas style acoustic outlaw folk country and occasional blues, from the heart. Don Hooper and Steve Beckwith play a cross between Louisiana/ Texas and upstate New York style folk/country. Vocally, Hooper has a Johhny Cash/Willie Nelson style and Beckwith a Chris Smither/Jerry Jeff Walker style. I added scrolling background, and a scrolling foreground using random plant placements, so it never duplicates the scenery as it plays.
