From Memphis, TN I got bit by the music bug as a teen listening to blues on Beale Street, and Elvis. I play by ear, but studied classical guitar in college. I've played guitar most of my life, acoustic/electric, classical, folk, blues, a touch of jazz, and rock n roll. I started writing songs in the 1980's.
I tend towards blues based material, though not really standard blues. I suppose blues-rock or blues-country would be closer. I compose my own material and I Welcome to the home recording area known for Anderson Lake Blues Project. It is a home recording outlet for an old guitar hack. It is largely pushed original work where I play every part. Listen at your own risk.
