Anieszka was born in the year of 1993 in sunny Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Her parents, originally from Mauritius, settled in Australia in 2004. By the time she was five, she instinctively arrived at the decision that she wanted to become a singer. Her absolute assuredness about this was admirable especially for a five year old and even if nothing would have amounted from this proclamation, it would have still made for a cute story. That was not about to be the case for this young girl however. Anieszka quickly gained the respect and support of her peers in her school through her vocal capabilities. "Naturally gifted!" was the remark made by her school music teacher upon first hearing Anieszka sing. Anieszka was soon bestowed by her peers the rather flattering pseudo name “Superstar” a name that still manages to follow her even after moving to another country and changing schools.
In her new home in Australia it wasn’t long before Anieszka’s vocal talents were noticed. In her new school she was selected for the elite group of singers known as ‘The Vocal Group’ and participated in two talent quests winning 1st prize for one and coming runner up for the other. It was at about this time that Anieszka decided to take formal vocal training to perfect her talents.
Meanwhile in her spare time Anieszka went to work to realise the goal that she had set for herself at the age of five. She recorded her first song in 2008, a catchy track called 'Boy'. The song proved very popular on the internet quickly gaining support from new found fans on myspace. The song was also selected by a promotion company in the USA to be featured on the official mixtape of international R&B star Trey Songz. The mixtape was distributed at Trey Songz’s concert in the USA.
Anieszka has just recently completed her self titled debut EP consisting of five songs. At the age of sixteen Anieszka describes her goal with a bit more sophistication than the cute five year old of many years back, “I want to become a world renowned R&B singer. I want to push myself to be the best and do new and exciting things in the world of music. Most importantly I want to touch people in a positive way.”

I have performed live at showcases and talent events/quests. I absolutely love the feeling and interacting with the crowd. A special moment for me was winning a talent quest for which I performed my own original song.
