The Kene Terry Band celebrated its official one year anniversary
in May 2007, but the band's style and sound has been developing
for years. These talented musicians have been playing
together in one form or another for close to a decade. Heavily
influenced by a wide range of artists stretching from Chris LeDoux
to Roger Clyne to Stevie Ray Vaughan, the KTB has a distinct flavor and style
that could only come from the land of roadrunners and green chile.
The band recorded their first album as a band in Austin, TX, in December
2006, and expects to release it in Summer 2007. This band has a
unique presence and offers an exciting live show each time they step
on stage.
The band currently tours the Southwest. They love playing in front of new people. Special moments- Opening for big names, getting to know new folks, drinking beer at new bars.
