They call me Finale. That's all you really need to know. To be honest, I'm a producer, singer and rapper and good at all three. Not like
Pharrell good or Kanye West good. I was a lyricist before I started producing and a singer before both. I'm bout to take the game where it needs to go. Point blank.
I started rappin' when I was like, 16. I'm 20. You'd probably think that means I'm still new to this game.. Re-route your thoughts. I was born in Charleston, SC, but I refuse to conform to the idea that I NEED to be a southern rapper (no hate, just not my thing). My influences were solely northern, which is why my flow is the way it is.
Every now and then. I play local venues sometimes. And I do requests.
Jay-Z (Reasonable Doubt), Kanye West (As far as production goes), Big L, Nas, Biggie, Common, Jadakiss, Talib Kweli, Just Blaze (Production), and myself. I know it sounds cocky but I've gotta be an influence on myself or I'll get no better. I listen to each song I write or produce and use that as an influence to step my game up for my next project, and so on, and so forth.
Fuck it. I use Fruity Loops and my Yamaha. I sample off the Yamaha into FL so I'm not being unoriginal like most FL users. ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE SUPPORTIVE AND TOSS AN MPC MY WAY IS MORE THAN WELCOME. Sorry, had to be obnoxious for a minute. Money is tight right now, haha.
Please be mindful, and don't sleep. I can't get serious with haters because if they're hating MY shit it's because they hate to love it. You can't possibly deny this shit. Just give in.
