Death Jokers - Fight for my Right

This instrumental is totally finnished, have fun.
Hi we are the Death Jokers, a hiphop group from Holland. We want to create a own style of hiphop that sounds a bit like Horrorcore. We are allmost ready to record the voices for our album. At the moment we only have all the instrumentals for our debute album. 2 Of us (Death Joker Doom and Riddle (we use nicknames)) were formely members of the DJ group the Twiztid DJ's. Eckoo is a new member and a good friend of us. We don't use the name Twiztid DJ's anymore because Twiztid is an exsisting Horrorcore group and we are not even DJ's. I mean we are not making DJ music anymore, we are making hiphop now. So download the instrumentals and enjoy it, finnished songs will be up soon.
Band/artist history
This is our bad English piece of Biography from the Twiztid DJ soundclick site: Hi, we are the Twiztid DJ’s. We are a DJ group from Holland (The Netherlands) who plays their own style of DJ music. The members are: DJ Urben, DJ FlexX and DJ HendriX. We mix all kinds of music from Rock and Hiphop to Dance. It's just one big fusion of a lot of different styles of music. We are working on our second album now that should be released somwere this year. We work very hard at the moment to complete our second album. We already have a couple of songs complete. 'The Hunt'is one of our newest songs and will appear on our new album called 'Nightmare'. This song is still a demo but it is almost finished, just like 'Broken Glass'and 'The Chase' and some other songs. Our first record was released in the first months of 2004. The album title was '1st GraphiX' and was sold or given away for free to friends at school and family. It was a more experimental album because we were just with only 2 members. We also didn't combine each other’s styles on that album. DJ Urben and DJ FlexX were just doing their own things separately and put a lot of different sounding songs on the album. It finally sounded like a bunch of songs grabbed together and just putted on an album. The only professional thing we did was the hidden track on the album. Which was a frustrating beat you wish it was over after seconds. We were weeks busy trying to create these first songs. A couple of songs were great and the other songs were really crappy. This album wasn't even released under the artist name the Twiztid DJ's but under the name DJ Urben and DJ FlexX. Now we are going to release our second album with help of DJ Hendrix, songs will turn out better and more professional. This album is also being the first album released under the name the Twiztid DJ's. We hope you enjoy the music we create and we do it with pleasure. Thanks to all the people who gives us a chance to share our music with them. "The only thing we want to do... is to entertain you!" So hang on... this shit will be released as soon as possible. The TwiZTiD DJ's Why this name? Because we all like the rapgroup Twiztid and we thought it was a cool name to insert in our bandname. Allthough, our music sounds very twisted. Do you play live? Yes at home. We don't perform for public yet. How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry? It makes it more open to the public. Which is a great thing. People have the oppertunity to discover bands/artists/music that they like or don't like. Would you sign a record contract with a major label? We don't know, if they ask us yes. Band History: DJ Urben: Hello, my name is Ruben van Dooren. I'm an 18-year-old young man from The Netherlands and I'm one of the two members who started this DJ group. The name of the band is like it is because we always enjoy ourselves in different ways than mostly other people do. It also contains the meaning of things being fused, some different things being combined together, like our music, it's a mixture of different styles of music. We like to play into a group so we can combine all of our styles we like and create our own mix of music styles. DJ FlexX (Felix) and I, are the two original members who started the whole thing a year ago. We were bored and we couldn't find any good members for our Metal/Rock band we were trying to setup. I should be the drummer and DJ FlexX (Felix) the lead guitar player of the band called Pitfull. I play drums for 2 years now and I'm able to play mostly all basic things a drummer needs to play, but things turned out different. We weren't able to find a good bass guitar player and a singer who should translate our music into words. That's why we started to make some DJ kind of music. We don't need at least 4 to 5 members to create our music in a way to express ourselves. And we don't need our instruments we play in the band to create the music itself. We both thought it was fun to mix the kinds of music we like. I mostly like Metal. With Metal I mean bands like Pantera, Fear Factory, Strapping Young Lad, Hatebreed, In Flames, Megadeth, Mudvayne, Machine Head, Killswitch Engage, Testament, Metallica, Slayer and even more Nu-metal kind of bands like Rammstein, Static-X or Mushroomhead etc... I also like Hip hop/Rap music like Cypress Hill, Eminem, Insane Clown Posse, Twiztid, D12, DMX, Xzibit and The X-ecutioners. The great band The Prodigy also inspires me, they also mix a lot of music styles into their music. I think that is a nice way to be original and not being a second Pantera or the next Cypress Hill. I think that is destroying the whole music scene, just not being original as an artist but try to copy things of other artists. I think that in this way, the whole music business becomes boring and that's the worst thing that can happen to music. People don't take artists seriously and if that's really going to happen the music just starts to die and we don't want this to happen... The words from DJ Urben DJ FlexX: Hi, my name is Felix Van Lottum. I'm 15 years old. I'm from Holland (The Netherlands). I am also one of the 2 members who started this DJ Group. The band makes different styles of music and combine it. It all started a year ago. A friend of mine had a music program and he gave it to me to use it. At first I didn't took making music seriously. But when we learned a few tricks our music was starting to get better. A year ago I released an album called '1st GraphiX'. I made the most songs myself because DJ Urben didn't know I was releasing one. He made 2 songs on the album and helped me with the rest of the songs. But I have to say that 70% of the album was crap. But from that moment we were getting better and started to create serious music. Well, serious but with lots of fun. We wanted a Metal band, we made plans but they never came through. So we started this DJ Group. Well DJ Urben and me are doing the most work in this group. DJ HndriX and DJ PlendiX are just helping us mixing different styles and help us make percussion and FX in the songs. But most of the time we do those ourselves. The things that inspire me with making this music is mostly Hiphop/Metal/Hardcore. DJ's like DJ Nosferatu and DJ Outblast inspire me a lot. Also Pantera, The Berzerker and loads of metalbands inspired me a lot. When I say that Hiphop/Rap inspires me, then I mean the beats and the flows of it. We don't make music to become famous. We make music to get better and give some kind of feeling to the people who listen to our music. DJ Urben is almost every day at my place. To make music or just to relax. I have to say that DJ Urben is kind of the boss in music making. He knows how to make good rhythms and how to let the beat flow. I help him with most things, like adding a new sound or a few more FX. He manages site and downloads. I get customers when we sell our albums. DJ HndriX and DJ PlendiX are kind of new so they don't arrange things like Urben and me do. They just help us with making the music. We like to be original and give a feeling with our music. It's just a new way of living This was the past...
