Numb Kitty is nothing short of experimental. The project started out as something to do for fun, and remains so, although the members have become more serious about the music and the goals of the group and are working on becoming an actual "band". Right now the main focus is electronic/industrial style music, with spoken word and some singing... with occaisional instruments (mostly drums, both the drum kit and hand drum kind, and electric bass guitar), and lots of computer manipulated sounds. The group is still forming, but makes music as they progress, and is currently working on live instrumentation and playing small gigs. They are also searching for more members, mainly a synth and guitarist, for live playing. Numb Kitty started as a mere dream, and is just now starting to creep out of the shadows and become a little light of hope. The current music could be described as a Pandora's box of electronic music genres, but, as time progresses, so does Numb Kitty. There are other realms to be explored.
Making music when possible. No live history. Working on improvement always.
Not yet, but if the chance happens in the future we will do it. Every moment that I spend playing music with another person is a special moment.
Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Velvet Acid Christ, Lacuna Coil, Type O Negative, Inkubus Sukkubus, Razed In Black, Skinny Puppy, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Die My Darling, Assemblage 23, Noxious Emotion, Led Zeppelin, Cradle Of Filth, Anti-Flag, Corporate Avenger, etc etc. The list could go on for days. WE have several musical influences and pretty much every experience in each of our lives is part of it in a way.
