You're Really Not That Far Away

The title indicates the song meaning that although we might lose a loved one, friend, pet...they and their soul and memories still live within - so not very far away really!!!

Hand In Hand

Hand in Hand is my first acoustic guitar instrumental of 2016. This hopefully paints a picture of anything to do with hand-in-hand interactions.

For Just A While

A song of people and friends recalling the past For Just a While has reached #1 in the subgenre of Acoustic Vocals.
My full time profession is a school psychologist. For many years I have been playing acoustic 6 and 12 string guitar and have written several songs. It is hard to peg down a genre for me, the best I can think of is acoustic, rock unplugged, singer / songwriter. I will appreciate any feedback from listeners and other artists, and really hope you become a fan after listening to a few songs.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I used to play regularly at small venues. Now I concentrate on recordings in the home studio. When living in New England, I played in Providence, New Hampshire and Mass.
Your musical influences
My first music teachers; bands and musicians of the 60s and 70s; James Taylor; Shawn Mullins; Keb Mo; George Winston; Gordan Lightfoot; Don Henley; and Eric Bibb to name a few.
What equipment do you use?
Dell Vostro 220; Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 interface; M-Audio Oxygen8 v2 MIDI keyboard; Yamaha FG-230 12 string; Alvarez Artist 6 string acoustic; ART Tube MP preamp; a few inexpensive electric guitars; Behringer C-1 large diaphram mic; a couple of small condenser pencil type mics and Sonar Producer 8.5.
