Once in awhile, I tell a story and put it in 'Podcast'. Most of my songs with vocal are 'about what happened'. All of the stories are 'what happened'. They are as true as I can remember. Videos-I have a few on Rumble as 'cogbern'. They are fairly terrible. Aint makin' no money at this. Doing it coz I enjoy it. Aint buying no fancy camera. Am told I have a dry sense of humor...you may not 'get it'. Don't fret.
As a bored kid, I started messing with the harmonica at about age 9. My Dad was so excited, he first bought me a banjo...I didn't take to that...then a guitar. Fell out of playing after college...had to work. Last 10 years, picked up the guitar again. Got a keyboard-then a cheap synth. Recording is something to do when the weather don't cooperate or I have a hotta hotta burnin' idea.
Yes as part of a church choir...and a couple times with guitar. Doubt I will do 'live' again. Didn't much like it...too introverted.
Name anyone from the 60s, 70s, 80s...I listened to them, along with classical and big band.
JHS Colour Box, Art Tube preamp, Behringer UCA 202, Zoom CDR70, 50G, 60B, Shure SM58. I have had some more expensive equipment, and got rid of it. Am not convinced it was 'better'. I don't have dog ears, so I can't 'hear the $ difference'. Try the UCA..NWAvguy reviewed it sometime back...
Hope you enjoy the music. I enjoyed recording it!
