October 14th of 1989, a new addition to the music industry was born. Like most, he did not know his calling. But, in 2007 at age 17, he discovered the inevitable....Music was what he wanted to do. Champ Valor, also known as Mr. 2-Opportunistic, is not your average person. In fact, some may say he is a whole different breed of human. The self proclaimed "Key" to the music industry, with his different style and flow, is going to open the doors of new opportunities to the game for himself and others. Already starting his own label T.E.A.M (Timless Entertainment in the Art of Music), working with artist, and expanding his knowledge of the industry, he seems to be well on his way to his goal. When asked how he feels about himself, his music, and what he hopes to accomplish, he said, "I keep it 100 percent real. I try to see life from a completely different perspective than others. I write about what I see, feel, and think...With a poetic flow of course. I want you to feel me. I dont just write for one genre, I write for everyone. I write a lot of songs for the ladies...I love the ladies. I hope to accomplish the greatest achievements I can, be it music awards or just changing lives. As long as I feel like my career is a success then I'm good." He currently attends South Carolina State University, majoring in Music Industry.
started playing the trumpet in 2000. Started on African Drums in 2001. Didnt take long to figure out i had a deep love for music. I started writing in 2004 not serious about it at first but i did make a couple of tracks to start my producing career. Got serious about rapping and writing my senior year of high school. Never was able to get into the studio. Feeling like no one was taking me seriously, I kept writing just to get better. Started my freshman year as a marketing major at North Greenville University where I had nothing to do but write. My sophomore year i transferred to South Carolina State University and changed my major to Music Industry. Well you kno how they say theres a time and place for everything, well this was the place and it was my time. got in to the studio and did my first track called "Love Letter" and I did a track with Sean Stone and Yung Jodi called "Lets Kick it Girl." My first performance was with them at a fashion show. The school newspaper dubbed us as I.E and we went with it. But, we are all three seperate artist that have the samw love for music. Wish all artist could come together like that.
Yes I have done a couple of shows at SCSU I think my memorable one is my first performance. The amount of love I recieved was overwhelming and it help solidify that music is what I wanted to make a career of
