Movement is based off of the plague of leprosy, found in Leviticus Chapters 13 and 14. And the priest shall look on the skin of the flesh; and if it be a plague, it shall be deemed unclean.

Movement is based off of the House, found in Leviticus 14. The owner shall go to the priests and have them inspect for any form of plague... that it be fully removed from the abode.
