Racine j Lashley is a bubbly, friendly and down- 2-earth aspiring singer/songwriter. Born on January 4th 1986, the 26 year old is currently working as a filing clerk, in a lucrative stationery and office furniture company, in her homeland Trinidad. This diverse and undiscovered talent is interested in signing to a regonized recording label that is willing to take a risk that's worth the effort to help her make a big splash as songwriter or singer. She not only writes her own lyrics, but produces them as well. Racine loves to also read supernatural romance novellas and watch horror and sci-fi movies. She attributes her love and passion for singing to the late great queen of pop/soul Witney Houston and her love for the lyrical expression to Alicia keys and Mariah Carrey. She loves Celine Dion’s range and adores Christina Aguilera’s vibrato. She always envies Toni Braxton’s depth and beyonce’s entertaining capabilities. She is a new, foreign and fresh musical talent just bursting to take the world by storm.
