Born 1978 in deepest darkest Somerset. Acquired my first guitar a Squire Strat II from a butchers shop of all places. Learnt 3 chords and it's progressed from there. Strumming along to AC\DC, Guns and Roses and Nirvana (Style of playing has changed since then.) Influences nowadays include the old blues players, the likes of Mississippi John Hurt, Rev. Gary Davis also Doc Watson and folk musicians like John Renbourne. I play acoustic and am developing my own style and starting to come up with my own material.
