Music Major Studios is a home built studio out of San Antonio Texas. We have been in operation for 4 years. To this day we offer a fair and fun recording experience. You run into allot of studios that have tons of great equipment but the engineer isn't up to date with new age. You can also run into the problem where the studio doesn't have good enough equipment but the engineer swears he can do it for you. Not here we have both good equipment and smarts in recording.
Music Major Studios has a vocal booth fully reflected with sound reflection foam on all sides, the gaps and cracks are sealed with silicone, the booth is insulated, ventilated with air and well lit. The vocal booth in 90% sound proof, why not 100? well we don't want you sounding like you are in a barrel or shoe box.
When it comes to mixing the tracks and closing the show I allow all my clients to stick around for the mixing process by choice. So that they can make the song the way they want it. Some just tell me when to do with it and leave it to me. You can go about that either way. You can have you're vocals clean, wet, really full of delays and effects or anything that you may think of!
If you are a first time studio artist We have the patients to let you learn the ropes during you're recording process. We encourage more musicians to lay down their passion on CD. Music Major Studios is the place to be if you are looking for a good time and a good recording. As the engineer I don't just sit like a statue and call out orders..
