I am a singer a songwriter, and I also have my own company, ACKEAN MUSIC PUBLISHING/PROMOTION/CRITIQUE. I write Traditional country songs and instrumentals. One of my songs is now in a film production in Europe, the film is, TERROR INSIDE, and my song is SOMEONE LIKE YOU. I have another song, RUDE ATTITUDE in a film production in Vancouver. 17 of my Instrumentals are now licensed be a company in Toronto, Ont. for inclusion into film/movie/tv/commercials. A publisher in N. Y. now has licensing to some of my instrumentals. I just recently signed an EXCLUSIVE contract for the licensing of 2 more of my instrumentals at SoundScape in Texas. I am originaly from Ontario, but have resided in B.D. since 1977. I have 3 grown daughters, and 4 grandchildren. Just last September 2011, I became a GREAT GRANDMA.
